Down the Aisle

Walking down the Aisle,
anxiously awaiting her smile.
As he watched her come bye,
looked down to check his fly,
then he looked up the sky, to thank god,
and from the pocket pulled out his IPOD.
But then he dint want to show off,
he wanted to show that its simplicity that he is full of.
A million times he looked up and down,
made him look like a clown,
scared of watching her come bye,
what if she thinks he's just a lecher passing by!!
While all the thoughts were driving him crazy,
he removed his glasses to make sure they aren't hazy.
Then came his chance,
they exchanged a glance,
and in a flash of time,
he found himself in cloud nine.
Yes, she did that, she made his day,
seems that she was smiling all the way.
It was just him who never looked at her,
never made his mind to ask her cell number.
Everyday he waits for tommorrow,
to watch her smile and drive away his sorrows,
and as the days go bye,
he is still a single at Aisle five.

Oh c'mon... it doesnt take that much guts to ask a girl out, does it? You'll make it sound like its some rocket science.

Wait wait... you make it sound like its even more complicated than rocket science.

@totti: And who else do you think is single in Aisle 5...

@Rohan: well.. I still would say that's really to stress upon the guy's nervousness and nothing else at all...

@casa: Rocket science.. hmm... well I would any day rate it simpler than asking an unknown girl out, lessons from IIT :(

Aha... I dont think asking a girl out is the difficult part, its being prepared for a rejection which is more of a problem, aint it ;)
I suppose its easier to be prepared for a failed rocket launch.....

50% attitude, 50% charm... works wonders :)
Play hard to get, and still allow the other person to feel he/she is hard to get.

Get it? ;)
